Ok, So Its my Day 1 having to do this exercise I saw over the internet (http://www.howdini.com/howdini-video-6676049.html) , and I'd keep monitoring it for a month to make sure I do it every day. This is my day 1 and I've done a 15 minute workout on arms.. Its been my frustration eversince, that my arms were a lil bigger. So right now, Im trying to make it smaller as per my birthday goal is concerned. =D My arms hurt and i think theyre even sore. But we'll see how it goes after a month =D Keep you posted!!
